Cancellation Policy
Online cancellations or rescheduling are limited to no later than 48 hours before your appointment. To cancel or reschedule appointments after 48 hours, please communicate by text or call as soon as possible, even if outside normal appointment hours. Cancellations or rescheduling under 3 hours may be subject to a no show fee in order to compensate the trainer's travel and time. We understand there are situations and weather conditions out of your control and will do our best to work with you.
